Minister of Finance Paschal Donohoe says that he is satisfied that all of the EU Funding opportunities are availed of so that Rural Ireland can fulfill its true potential. Yet, daily life in Rural Ireland is fraught with water emergencies, poor broadband, limited mobile coverage, and poor road structures that need urgent attention.
