Grave Concerns on Ulster Bank Competency

I have really grave concerns that Ulster Bank has neither the capacity nor the competency to deal with the Tracker Mortgage issue.

They have been before the Finance Committee time and time again with apology after apology, yet customers are getting no answers despite writing numerous letters and continuously phoning the help line (which has offered them no help).

I cannot accept that after this many years, Ulster Bank cannot simply write to the estimated 2000 people waiting for financial resolve that ‘Yes, you are included in this.  We will be back to you with a figure.”
