Isn’t getting students to school a top educational priority? …Not if you have not leapt through every bureaucratic hoop.
One of the most illogical hoops: Students find out in August that they must do a repeat Leaving Cert Year. Crazily, they might be ‘off the bus’ because this is after the official transport deadline. Hmmm, which is the higher priority – the system or the student?
Just get a bigger bus.
