I want to thank Dr Fergal Ruane for highlighting the truth about the neglect of Belmullet Hospital. I agree with his synopsis of the HSE trying to wind the hospital down. They would rather see the trolleys lined along the corridors of MUH than invest in Belmullet hospital. We need accountability! I am calling on the Government TDs in Mayo to make their Ministers listen and act before it’s too late.
