In today’s Health Committee, I questioned Minister of Health Simon Harris on the issues of Mandatory Disclosure, particularly with respect to the Cervical Cancer Screening scandal; the implementation of an immediate Redress Scheme for the women impacted; and why the State Claims Agency treats patients in medical negligence cases as adversaries.
