The Department of Agriculture, Food & the Marine confirmed that a hard Brexit means no automatic Irish access to UK fishing waters. A subsequent agreement would need to be worked out by the EU. However, the Department have prepared a variety of scenarios with many that will result in no change, at least in the short-term.
