OACS Ireland, Epilepsy Ireland and Trinity College are to be commended on the depth of international knowledge shared at last Friday’s Valproate Conference. An inquiry into how so many women were prescribed this drug while pregnant is vital. This is a serious health issue. It’s atrocious that there were no Government speakers there.
